WHAT WE DO: We keep an eye on your home when you are away for extended periods.

WHO WE ARE: We are a nationally known home inspection company with twenty years in the business and a locally owned operation serving Citrus, Levi and Hernando Counties.

HOW WE WORK: We visit your home from one to four times a month and check inside and out to be sure you do not incur any serious problems in your absence. If a problem does occur, we will manage the necessary personnel to remediate the problem, under your approval.

BASIC SERVICES:

   * Check lawn for arid and insect problems
   * Check exterior and roof for any signs of problems
   * Check windows and doors for security
   * Check heating/air conditioning system operation
   * Check refrigerators and freezers
   * Flush toilets and run water through system
   * Check for plumbing and roof leaks
   * Check for mold or mildrew in likely areas
   * Check pool equipment for operation
   * Remove fliers, brochures, etc. from entry way
   * Start autos, boats, and other machinery
   * Other monitoring as needed
